Adobo Chicken

Filipino also have popular food, and its using chicken as its main ingredients, its called as Adobo Chicken.
The chicken is processed similar to typical Filipino stew, but it got sour taste with the aroma of fragrant cilantro. More practical for wearing the schnitzel is ready though. Seasonings can be directly mixed with a schnitzel or poured on it. Want to try?
Ingredients: 6 pieces Fiesta schnitzel, fried Seasonings: 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1 tsp coriander, crushed 1 tsp black peppercorns, crushed 1 / 2 tsp turmeric powder 3 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tsp sugar 1 teaspoon salt 200 ml water 1 tsp cornflour, dissolved in a little water.
Seasonings: Saute garlic until the color turn into golden brown.
Add the herbs. Stir until boiling.
Pour the starch solution, boil until thick.
Enter the schnitzel, stir well.
Lift. Serve it warm.
