Banh da lon cakes is a Vietnamese cakes. If you translate it roughly it got literal meaning of pig skin cake, don’t know exactly why they name it like that, I guest because of the texture or layer of the cake like pig skin culinary.
Some people even saying that they called it ‘Banh Da Lon’ because the cake have Chewy texture when chewed.
