Traditional philiphine cuisine is Balut. If you’re planning on a trip to philippine, you got to try these extreme special food. Why I called it extremes, lets dig it more.

Balut is duck egg that almost hatch or 18 days age, the normal egg to hatch is 21 days. They serve balut cooked, but not well done, only half cooked and complete with its embryo inside it. For some these food might be disgusting and could be one of fear factor challenge.

The name of berliner are adapted from Germany, some called it as Ballen or berliner. Some also called it as jelly doughnut (Australia) because of the jam topping inside the doughnut. They Called it doughnut because of the fried process are look like berliner.

Cocktail is beverages that are popular in American. There are lots of story behind the invention of cocktail, but till now, no one knows the exact story. The most popular story behind cocktail is Betsy Flanagan serve drink with cock tail in a glass for France soldier, but then it was known that Betsy Flanagan is just a fiction story inside the spy written by James Fenimore Cooper.
