Peking Duck

There are lots of culinary based on duck, we got France, but in Asia, the most favorite is Peking Duck or roast Duck. Unlike in other continent, Peking Duck based on red color when it was roasted. As we all known Chinese like the color of red, might be these is also the reason that effect on the taste and flavor is un-defeatable.

Because of these type of duck (Peking duck) is the best duck, not only the meat we could use, but also the egg. These oven based culinary is not that hard to be cook, if you’re curious on the recipe, lets see it below:

Ingredients:
1 whole Peking duck
2 tablespoons soy sauce
200 ml water
1 teaspoon pepper powder
1 tablespoon red yeast rice
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 pieces of lemon or lime juice

Cooking recipe:
1 Wash and cut the duck into pieces as you like.
2 Cut, squeeze lime and take the water and set aside.
3 Combine all ingredients into a single flat in a container and kept it for 1 hour.
4 Bake in the oven until the meat is dry and then spread with remaining marinade ingredients and then baked again until its cooked.
5 Serve with lemon juice.
